Selling Your Home in Northwest Austin: what's different here

Selling in Northwest Austin means competing for the buyers who already want this part of Austin. Across Northwest Austin, buyers compare your home with the whole range of these neighborhoods, from a rebuilt Northwest Hills home to an original 1980s two-story in Anderson Mill, so positioning starts with which homes a buyer will weigh it against.

That's why I start with where your home stands against the others a buyer will see, not with a number pulled from a website.

Why Northwest Austin sellers work with me

I grew up in Northwest Austin, have lived here since 1976 and have lived on the Mountain in the Spicewood Estates area since 2004. When I price a home in Northwest Austin, I'm weighing what buyers here actually pay for. Northwest Austin gives you real land and mature trees close in, with schools split between Round Rock ISD and Austin ISD depending on the street.
