How James Brinkman's website collects, uses and protects the information you share, who receives it, and how to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
What this site collects
This site only collects what you choose to give me. When you fill out a contact form or request a guide, the form collects your first and last name, your email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, a message, and the answers to any extra questions that particular form asks.
If you give a phone number and check the box agreeing to text messages, the site records that you agreed, the exact wording you agreed to, and when.
The site also uses first-party analytics from its host, Vercel, to count visits and measure how fast pages load. It doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and the analytics don't identify you personally. Like any website, the server keeps standard technical logs.
Who receives it
I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with anyone except the companies that run the systems this site depends on. Each of them handles your information on my behalf:
- GoHighLevel, my client management system. Form submissions go here so I can follow up with you.
- Vercel, which hosts this website and provides its analytics.
- Constant Contact, which sends my email newsletter, if you're subscribed to it.
If I add a new service that receives your information, I'll update this page.
How it is used
I use your information to answer your question, to follow up about buying or selling a home, and to send you what you asked for, like a guide or a home value.
I also send an email newsletter about the Austin market. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask me to stop at any time.
I keep contact information in my client management system until you ask me to remove it.
Calls and text messages
I'll only text you if you checked the box agreeing to texts when you gave me your number. Message and data rates may apply, and how often you hear from me depends on what we're working on.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or call me at (512) 698-3525. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of working with me.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email brink@homesbybrink.com or call (512) 698-3525 and I'll take care of it.
To stop the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any issue. To stop texts, reply STOP.
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.
