Who runs this site
This website is run by James Brinkman, a Texas real estate broker associate (TREC #0443653), sponsored by Austin Real Estate Associates INC, doing business as AustinRealEstate.com (TREC #567272-BB). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Texas law requires two notices for anyone working with a real estate license holder: the Information About Brokerage Services and the Texas Real Estate Commission Consumer Protection Notice.
What this site is and isn't
The information here is general information about real estate, my services and the Northwest Austin market. It isn't legal, tax, lending or investment advice. For those, talk with an attorney, a CPA or a lender about your own situation.
Using this site or contacting me doesn't create an agency relationship. I represent a buyer or seller only once we've signed a written agreement.
Listing and market information
Information about homes and the market is believed to be accurate but isn't guaranteed. Listings change quickly and may already be under contract or sold. Market figures are accurate as of the date they were published. Square footage, school assignments and other details should be confirmed independently, and school assignments with the school district for the specific address.
Using this site
The text, design and original photos on this site belong to me or are used with permission. You're welcome to read, share links and print pages for your own use. Please don't copy, republish or scrape the content. Listing photos may belong to the listing brokerage or its photographer rather than to me.
