Selling Your Home in Round Rock

Plan A/B/C pricing, video and photos, ads that run until it sells, and an update on your home every Monday.

Selling Your Home in Round Rock: what's different here

Selling in Round Rock means competing for the buyers who already want this part of Austin. Round Rock buyers are usually weighing more house for the money against the drive, so pricing starts with the neighborhood and how its commute compares.

That's why I start with where your home stands against the others a buyer will see, not with a number pulled from a website.

Why Round Rock sellers work with me

I've lived in Northwest Austin since 1976, and much of my recent business has been along the Parmer and 183 corridors as buyers follow the jobs north. When I price a home in Round Rock, I'm weighing what buyers here actually pay for. Round Rock gives you more square footage for the money than Northwest Austin, often in a newer home, in Round Rock ISD, confirmed by address.

  • Reach beyond the MLS: a Coming Soon campaign, Facebook and Instagram ads that run until it sells, and Just Listed postcards and Pick Your Neighbor letters around Round Rock. See the marketing.
  • A Grand Opening open house in the first two weekends and a Monday Morning Market Update on your home every week. See the launch.
