I’ve lived in Austin since 1976, back when 183 was two lanes and Spicewood/Balcones was just turning into a neighborhood. I’ve seen this city evolve from a quirky college town to a booming, complex metro. That means I bring a long-term perspective on what really drives value here - and how the past, present, and future of Austin all shape smart decisions. I’m a proud graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance & Real Estate from McCombs, and I started in this business as a market analyst before getting licensed in 1995. This isn’t just what I do. It’s who I am.
