With deep roots in Austin dating back to 1976, I’ve had the unique experience of watching this city evolve from a small-town feel to the thriving metropolis it is today. My journey in real estate started long before I earned my license in 1995—it began when my family settled in the Spicewood/Balcones neighborhood, back when Highway 183 was just a two-lane road. Having lived, studied, and worked here for decades, I bring a level of insight and historical knowledge about Austin that’s increasingly rare in today’s fast-growing market.

After earning my BBA in Finance & Real Estate from The University of Texas at Austin in 1994, I dove into the real estate world as a market and site selection analyst. Since then, I’ve worked through multiple market cycles, from economic downturns to tech booms, using my experience to guide clients toward informed, strategic decisions.
